Ingredients
- 1–2 teaspoons olive oil (for greasing)
- 1 block Boursin cheese (regular or plant-based)
- 1 cup (150 g) fusilli pasta
- 1 14-ounce tin (400 g) cherry tomatoes
- 3/4 tin fresh water (use the empty tomato tin as a measure)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 390°F (200°C). Grease an oven-safe baking dish with olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Assemble the Ingredients:
- Place the block of Boursin cheese in the center of the dish.
- Spread the uncooked fusilli pasta evenly around the cheese.
- Pour the tinned cherry tomatoes over the pasta, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
- Fill the empty tomato tin 3/4 full with fresh water and add it to the dish. This will help cook the pasta.
- Bake the Dish:
- Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and partially melted, and the pasta is tender.
- Stir and Serve:
- Remove the dish from the oven and stir everything together until well combined, creating a creamy sauce.
