 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
 - 1/4 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed
 - 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
 - 3/4 cup buttermilk
 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
 
Instructions
- Prepare the Seafood Filling
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
 - Add onion, celery, and garlic, sautéing until softened (3-4 minutes).
 - Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes until golden.
 - Gradually whisk in seafood stock and heavy cream. Simmer for 4-5 minutes until thickened.
