Ingredients

Instructions
- Prepare the Potatoes:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the potatoes over one-third of the sheet pan in a single layer and bake for 10–15 minutes.
- Coat the Chicken:
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken breasts to the mixture, coating them evenly on all sides.
- Add the Chicken to the Sheet Pan:
- Remove the sheet pan from the oven and place the chicken next to the potatoes.
- Return the pan to the oven while preparing the green beans.
- Prepare the Green Beans:
- Toss the green beans in a bowl with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and optional Parmesan.
- Spread the green beans on the remaining section of the sheet pan.
