Ingredients

  • 12 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

For the Green Beans:

  • 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the Potatoes:
    • Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
    • In a mixing bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
    • Spread the potatoes over one-third of the sheet pan in a single layer and bake for 10–15 minutes.
  • Coat the Chicken:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
    • Add the chicken breasts to the mixture, coating them evenly on all sides.
  • Add the Chicken to the Sheet Pan:
    • Remove the sheet pan from the oven and place the chicken next to the potatoes.
    • Return the pan to the oven while preparing the green beans.
  • Prepare the Green Beans:
    • Toss the green beans in a bowl with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and optional Parmesan.
    • Spread the green beans on the remaining section of the sheet pan.
  • Bake Until Done:
    • Bake everything together for an additional 25 minutes, or until:
      • The chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
      • The potatoes are golden and crispy.
      • The green beans are tender-crisp.
    • For extra crispy potatoes, broil on high for 4–5 minutes at the end.
