Description

Crispy Chicken Wraps with Honey Mustard Sauce are a perfect blend of quick, flavorful, and satisfying. Bite into a warm, crispy wrap filled with juicy chicken, gooey melted cheese, and a drizzle of tangy honey mustard sauce. Ideal for busy weekdays or casual dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken:
    • Dice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.
    • In a bowl, combine the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat every piece evenly.
  • Cook the Chicken:
    • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown on the outside and fully cooked inside. Set aside.
  • Assemble the Wraps:
    • Lightly heat each tortilla in a dry skillet or microwave to make them pliable.
    • Spread a generous layer of creamy garlic sauce over the center of each tortilla. Add a portion of the cooked chicken, followed by shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
    • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom up, ensuring all the fillings are securely tucked inside.
  • Toast the Wraps:
    • Toast the wraps in a skillet or panini press until golden brown on all sides.
  • Garnish and Serve:
    • Slice the wraps in half and sprinkle fresh parsley over the top for a vibrant finish.

Notes

  • For an extra crunch, use a panini press to toast the wraps.
  • Avoid overfilling the wraps to prevent tearing.
  • Serve immediately after toasting for the best texture.
