Ingredients
- 15.25 ounces strawberry cake mix
 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
 - ⅓ cup cream cheese chips, chopped
 - 20 ounces vanilla melting wafers
 - ½ cup pink candy melts
 - ½ cup bright pink candy melts
 - Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the Cake Mix: Preheat oven to 350°F. Spread the cake mix on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes to heat-treat. Let cool completely.
 - Mix Dough: Beat softened cream cheese until creamy. Fold in cooled cake mix gradually, then mix until smooth. Stir in chopped cream cheese chips.
 - Chill the Dough: Cover and refrigerate the dough for at least 2 hours.
 - Shape Cake Balls: Roll the chilled dough into 1½-tablespoon-sized balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let rest for 15 minutes.
 - Melt Coating: Melt vanilla wafers using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
 - Coat Cake Balls: Dip each cake ball into the melted vanilla wafers, allowing excess to drip off. Place on a parchment-lined sheet.
 - Decorate: Add sprinkles immediately or drizzle with melted pink candy melts for a decorative touch.
 - Set and Serve: Let the coated cake balls set at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
