- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

- ½ teaspoon coconut oil
- A few drops of red food coloring
Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberries:
- Wash and thoroughly dry the strawberries. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the Semi-Sweet Chocolate:
- Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth and melted.
- Dip the Strawberries:
- Hold each strawberry by the stem, dip into melted chocolate, and swirl to coat.
- Allow excess chocolate to drip off and place on the parchment-lined baking sheet.

- Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil in a similar manner.
