Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
- Mix the Wet Ingredients
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, chopped spinach, crumbled feta, eggs, olive oil, and milk.
