  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano

For Serving

  • 12 ounces cooked, buttered noodles
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

. Prepare the Chicken:

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.

2. Cook the Chicken:

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
  • Remove from the skillet and set aside.
