Ingredients

    • 10 fl oz heavy cream (double cream)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Base:
    • Crush the graham crackers or digestive biscuits into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and smashing with a rolling pin.
    • Combine the crumbs with melted butter in a bowl and mix until well-coated.
    • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to create an even base.
    • Refrigerate the base while preparing the filling.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Filling:
    • In a large bowl, whisk the cream cheese, vanilla bean paste, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
    • Gradually pour in the heavy cream while whisking continuously until the mixture thickens and holds its shape.
    • Gently fold in the crushed Maltesers.
