 - 1 cup white cabbage, thinly sliced
 - ¼ small red onion, thinly sliced

 - 8 small corn tortillas, warmed

Instructions
- Season the Cauliflower:
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with foil.

 - Add the cauliflower florets and toss to coat evenly.
 - Arrange the cauliflower on the prepared baking sheet, cut side down.
