Ingredients
- 3 medium zucchini
 - 3 tablespoons butter (softened)
 - 2 cloves garlic (minced)
 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
 - ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
 
Instructions
- Prepare the Grill
- Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
 - Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
 
 - Slice the Zucchini
- Cut each zucchini in half crosswise.
 - Slice each half lengthwise into three slices, making six slices per zucchini.
 
 - Make the Garlic Butter Mixture
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley until combined.
 - Spread the mixture evenly on both sides of each zucchini slice.
 
 - Add Parmesan
