  • 3 medium zucchini
  • 3 tablespoons butter (softened)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Grill
    • Preheat your outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
    • Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
  • Slice the Zucchini
    • Cut each zucchini in half crosswise.
    • Slice each half lengthwise into three slices, making six slices per zucchini.
