  • 3 cups shredded cheese (divided)
  • 1 1/2 cups pizza sauce
  • 1015 pepperoni slices

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Use an oven-safe pot or dutch oven for cooking and baking.
  • Cook the Pasta:
    • Add the pasta, chicken broth, milk, salt, garlic powder, and oregano to the pot.
    • Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer.
    • Stir occasionally and cook for 10–12 minutes, or until the pasta is al dente.
  • Add Cheese:
    • Stir in 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese until fully melted and creamy.
  • Assemble the Dish:
    • Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the pasta mixture.
    • Sprinkle the remaining 1 1/2 cups of cheese over the top.
    • Arrange the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
  • Bake and Broil:
    • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and the cheese is melted.
    • Broil for 1–2 minutes to crisp the pepperoni and slightly brown the cheese.
