- 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Mix until the texture resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the springform pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes and set aside to cool.
- Create the Cheesecake Filling:
- Beat softened cream cheese, sugar, and flour in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract, lime zest, and lime juice. Mix until combined.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, beating gently after each addition to avoid overmixing.
- If desired, swirl in green food coloring for a vibrant look.
- Bake the Cheesecake:
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the edges are set, but the center jiggles slightly.
- Turn off the oven, crack the door open, and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Prepare the Whipped Topping:
- Whip heavy cream and powdered sugar in a chilled bowl until stiff peaks form.

- Decorate with lime and lemon slices and sprinkle lime zest on top.
