- Large egg: 1, room temperature
- Crushed Oreos: ½ cup
Filling
- Light brown sugar: ½ cup
- Black cocoa powder: 2 tbsp
- Ground cinnamon: 1 tsp
- Unsalted butter: ¼ cup, softened
- Crushed Oreos: ½ cup
Vanilla Glaze
- Unsalted butter: 1 tbsp, room temperature
- Powdered sugar: 1½ cups
- Whole milk: 2 tbsp
- Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
Instructions
1. Make the Dough:
- In a large bowl, mix flour, yeast, and salt.
- Warm milk, sugar, and butter in a microwave. Gradually add to dry ingredients.
- Add egg and mix until a sticky dough forms. Slowly add more flour until dough is tacky.
- Mix in crushed Oreos and let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
2. Prepare the Filling:
- Combine brown sugar, black cocoa, and cinnamon.
3. Roll Out the Dough:
