Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups cold heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- ½ cup mini chocolate chips (topping)
- ¼ cup chopped peanuts (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the Crust
- Crush cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a ziplock bag and rolling pin.
- Mix crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Refrigerate while making the filling.
- Make the Filling
