 - Diced red bell pepper: ½ cup
 - Fresh cilantro leaves, chopped: 1 cup
 - Lime, juiced and zested: 1 lime

For the Fish:
- Tilapia fillets (4 ounces each): 6 fillets
 - Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
 - Cayenne pepper: 2 tablespoons
 - Ground black pepper: 1 tablespoon
 - Salt: 2 tablespoons

To Serve:
- Corn tortillas, warmed: 12 tortillas
 - Sour cream: 2 tablespoons

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Corn Salsa
- In a medium bowl, combine corn kernels, red onion, jicama, red bell pepper, and cilantro.
 - Add the juice and zest of one lime, stirring to combine.
 - Set aside to let the flavors meld while preparing the fish.

Step 2: Season the Fish
- In a small bowl, mix cayenne pepper, ground black pepper, and salt.
 - Brush the tilapia fillets with olive oil on both sides.
 - Sprinkle the spice mix evenly over the fish.

Step 3: Cook the Fish
- Preheat the grill to high heat (or use a skillet if a grill is unavailable).
 - Place the fillets directly on the grill grate. Cook for about 3 minutes per side until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Step 4: Assemble the Tacos
- Stack two warmed corn tortillas for each taco.
 - Place a cooked fillet onto the tortillas.
 - Top with a dollop of sour cream and a generous serving of the prepared corn salsa.
 - Serve immediately, garnished with additional cilantro if desired.

Notes
- For a milder flavor, reduce or omit the cayenne pepper.
 - Feel free to customize the tacos with sliced avocado, shredded cabbage, or a drizzle of hot sauce for extra heat.
 - If using frozen fish, ensure it’s fully thawed and patted dry before cooking.
