Ingredients

  • Milk: 1 cup
  • Eggs (slightly beaten): 4 large
  • Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Bacon (cooked, crumbled): 8 slices
  • Cheddar cheese (shredded): 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella cheese: 1/2 cup
  • Parmesan cheese (grated): 1/3 cup

Instructions

. Prepare the Oven and Dish

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9-inch pie plate or baking dish to prevent sticking.

2. Cook the Bacon

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook bacon until crispy.
  2. Remove from the skillet, drain on a paper towel, and crumble into small pieces.

3. Combine Wet Ingredients

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together milk, slightly beaten eggs, salt, and pepper until smooth.

4. Layer the Ingredients

  1. Spread the crumbled bacon evenly across the bottom of the greased pie plate.
  2. Sprinkle the cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses on top of the bacon.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the bacon and cheese layers, ensuring it spreads evenly.

5. Bake the Quiche

  1. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the center is set and no longer jiggles when gently shaken.
  2. A knife inserted in the center should come out clean.

6. Cool and Serve

  1. Allow the quiche to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy with your favorite sides or beverages.
